Abstract

A 70-year-old female presented with bilateral simultaneous hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhages in both thalami, demonstrated by computed tomography. The patient was managed conservatively. Most of patients with bilateral intracerebral hemorrhages usually have an unfavorable functional outcome and high mortality because of the severe neurological deficits. So the role of the surgical treatment in cases of bilateral intracerebral hemorrhages should be surveyed closely in the future.
