Spontaneous rupture of the uterine artery in a non-pregnant woman misdiagnosed as the rupture of vessel in cervical myoma

Abstract

A case of spontaneous rupture of uterine artery was very rare, and they would be a potentially catastrophic events. Most of the cases have been found among woman in their pregnancy or puerperium. We report here the first case of spontaneous rupture of uterine artery in a non-pregnant woman in Korea with a brief review of literature.
