Sensitivity rate of this test proved to be 75.0% and specificity rate of this test proved to be 83.4%. Thinking with a view of maximal degree of rigidity continued for more than 5 minutes in both tip and base od penis, specificity rate of this test proved to be 100%. This results suggests that it is desirable to perform this test as the initial step in diagnostic work-up for impotent patients and this test provides high diagnostic reliability.
