GB duplication is a rare congenital anomaly. Boyden classified it into 3 types. Type I is a bilobed GB. Type ll and lll are true duplication. Bilobed GB is frequently accompanied with bile stagnation which causes cholelithiasis and chronic cholecystitis We report three cases of GB duplication demonstrating characteristic sonographic findings. All 3 case showed two cystic structures to equal size with diffuse wall thickening in distal segment of GB and associating gallstones and adenomyomatosis.
