Abstract

Although cholangiocarcinoma frequently infiltrates adjacent organs and metastasizes to several internal organs, it rarely metastasizes to the skin. We report cutaneous metastasis of cholangiocarcinoma in two men. The first case is a 63-year-old man who showed a solitary erythematous papule on the scalp. The second case is a 30-year-old man who showed a large subcutaneous tumor on the chest wall. The histopathologic feature of skin biopsy specimen were adenocarcinoma and similar to original cholangiocarcinoma.
